Last Wednesday, I celebrated the birthday of the woman who bore all my children. We had the buffet dinner at Holiday Inn Parkview’s Window On the Park. The food was a disappointment but the company is still wonderful after all these years. Mag has been and still is after so many years…the most wonderful person I know and marrying her is the most blessed thing that ever happen to me.
If I have the best wife in the world, you must have …..
It’s good to dream. Dream the path where God wants us to go.
Some to give a great speech infront of a big group of people. Some to write a book. Some to lecture in a tertiary institute. Some to bring up kids to stand on their two feet. Some dream of overcoming procrastination. Some dream of planting kids church overseas.
As for me… I dream that people will dream
In HopeKids, we want to GET IT, DREAM IT and DO IT. Looking forward to the new year and the rest of this for Glory of the Risen King!
Edward Deming, the father of quality movement, the man who made the biggest difference to Japan’s rise as an economic powerhouse after the world war said ….
“If you cannot describe what you’re doing as a process, you don’t know what you are doing”.
I’m just wondering, so am I blogging because A) it’s another thing I do in my life or B) doing this so that something else can happen to make a difference to a process of things that will contribute to the cause of a vision ????
Facilitated Lesson 7 on Conflict Management yesterday.
A bowl of cornflakes is one of my favourite breakfast. Just had one this morning.
The company says the simple things in life is often the best and I agree. I really like it because its simple. It’s a corn made into a crispy flake. However sometimes people use conflakes to make cakes and its not simple anymore. it is crushed to make cookies. Some sprinkle them onto dishes. Some of us love pouring milk on it and if not consumed immediately, it turns soggy. If left for half a day, it can become rotten. After days you’ll find maggots.
The conclusion about conflicts is “Eat it when it’s fresh”. When its still simple. Before it gets soggy and rotten.
That’s the crash course for those who missed the lesson.
